Alpine Accommodations is primarily a
unique, progressive Service company for owners of Chalets,
Town homes and Condominiums throughout Mt. Washington's Alpine village.
We have been in operation since 1987 and have gained a solid reputation for
providing quality service, which is reflected in our
growth over the years. We offer the owner a versatile and flexible company that
can design a comprehensive service package to meet your specific needs.
This is accomplished through our unique "Tiered Service" system
addressing all aspects of Chalet, Townhouse and Condo care.
Alpine
Accommodations
provides the following on-mountain facilities and services:
Office, reception area, check-in, check-out, key pick-up
and drop-off, unit maintenance, linen service, cleaning and security. To
maximize the owner's investment we are open year round and field calls 24 hours
per day. As
well as providing these services, we also provide advertising through various
mediums to optimize our exposure to a broad client base.
This includes print advertising in local and surrounding newspapers,
brochures, magazines, radio and of course, the internet.
Alpine
Accommodations is staffed by professionals. From management to housekeeping, all employees are
trained in providing quality service for our owners.
In addition, we maintain a network of qualified trades people who can
provide emergency repairs and regular maintenance services. Please email us to ask for an information package to read at your

When contracting your investment with our service, it is important to note that
we focus well in advance of the winter season to ensure that your investment acquires optimum care & revenues.
It is recommended that you contact us as early as possible so revenues can be secured now to coincide with

Q-
Can Alpine service accommodations in my specific
building?
A-
Alpine Accommodations can service any accommodation at Mt Washington in any of the buildings.
Q-
What if I want to use my accommodation?
A-
Once a year we send out an owners usage calendar.
Owners block off any periods they wish to use and rentals set around the owners
dates. Owners can call at anytime to block additional stays in their unit with
the understanding that not all dates may be available.
Q-
What if I want to allow friends and family to use my
accommodation?
A-
You
would simply add those dates to the yearly calendar or call us the same as you
would when booking stays for your own use.
Q-
Do I have to pay any fee to use my own
place or allow my private guests to stay?
A- We do not charge owners a
housekeeping or other such fee unless we have to clean up after them or if
they arranged in advance to have the cleaning completed by our service. When
an owner or owners guest has departed we always inspect prior to our
rental guests arriving to be certain the rental unit is as clean as we left it before
the stay and that it remains in a very high quality state of
cleanliness.

Do
I have to sign a contract and how does that work?
A- There
is a standard contract drawn up for all owner-clients that is individual to
each owners needs. Contracts are perpetual until they are either renegotiated
or cancelled by either party with 60 day written notice. Any rentals made
prior to a cancellation notice must be honored in full. By contract Alpine is given sole rights as the operator & service provider.
Q-
Will
you help me ready my unit?
A- We
are always happy to take a walk through of your investment with you and provide
suggestions on providing a quality service. Owners are expected
to provide us with a ready unit however, we can do the cleaning and such
for you at a reasonable hourly rate . We can provide you with easy to fill in
inventory lists, wholesale linen info, supply info and helpful hints.
Q-
My
rental unit is currently serviced by another business I am unhappy with, can I
change to your service?
A- We
ask that you follow the instructions provided by your current service
regarding canceling your contract. Most contracts can be cancelled at anytime
with proper notice. At the time you cancel your contract ask for all keys and
a list of reservations if you are to be held liable for any pending
reservations.
Q-
What
if my place is for sale or I will be selling it in the future?
A-
By all means keep the unit listed or list it in the future. Our contract with you states that if your unit sells that all pending reservations
stand as a condition of sale. We will TRY to move reservations to another unit
IF WE CAN but we expect that you will see to it that any new owner accepts the
pending reservations that can't be moved as a condition of sale. This is explained fully
in our contract. If you can't make this commitment we
would prefer not to contract your rental.

regarding cleaning services-
Q-
Do you provide cleaning
service to private owners outside of your contracted units?
A- The
units operated by our service have #1 priority ALWAYS. We
will however, provide cleaning to private owners on occasion by advance
request, usually at least 48 hours notice is required. We generally have time to do additional
cleaning during the weekdays and will not schedule private cleaning Sundays or
during any holiday period as we are always very busy during those periods.

Q-Do you provide
security checks?
A- The units operated by us are all security checked on a regular basis during
Ski season & dependant on the level of service the contract requires may or
may not include off season security checks.
Q-Do you provide
security checks to private owners outside of your units?
A- Yes
by advance request we
can arrange 1 time or scheduled security checks for private owners.
