A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation at
the time of booking and
the balance of the fee is due 45 full days prior to check-in. A Security Deposit of
$500.00 per unit is also required prior to check-in. You can pay by Master Card, Visa, money order
or, if you prefer to pay by cheque, the Security Deposit can be submitted separately with
your post dated final payment. This Deposit will be held against loss or damage during your stay and
may be held against extensive cleaning or late check out charges after you leave, if such is required.
Alpine Accommodations is
not responsible for any road conditions, weather conditions, snow
conditions or lack thereof, resort issues or closures, amenity issues or
closures, trail conditions,
acts of God, power or utility outages.
The person renting and therefore accepting responsibility for the rest of the guests in a group, must be the person checking in with us & be staying in the unit for the entire length of rental.
Security Deposits:
We expect that all guests will treat our rental units with care and respect.
All accommodations are homes we are are willing to share with others.
Please do not abuse this trust.
Guests can expect to be charged for incidences such as but not limited to:
Late check out Damages Missing Items Lost Keys
-Unusual clean up (where rental is left in a disrespectful state not in accordance check out procedures
-“Sparkles”, markers, paints, crayons or other such substances left on surfaces
-Stains / spills left on furniture or carpets
-Disregard for the “NO FOOTWEAR IN UNIT” rule leaving scuff marks or other damage to floors
-Missing or damaged/stained linens (set number is left out for guests) please do not use items for cleaning rags
-Bikes or ski equipment brought into areas where they are prohibited
-Washing bikes, skis or items other than a human in our showers or bathtubs
-Retrieval and removal of any garbage, beverage containers or recycling
-Clean up of any garbage left outside the appropriate outdoor containers which are ripped open by wildlife
-Bubble bath used in a Jacuzzi tub / bath. (it dries in the jets, an extreme mess to take care of!)
-Dishes not fully completed and put away correctly (DO NOT leave in the dishwasher)
-Failure to return the furniture or other items to their original areas
-Smoking inside ANY rental unit or damaging a patio (any) surface by putting out cigarettes on them
-Hazardous waste clean up (Blood / vomit / bodily fluids)
-Retrieval of your keys (they are to be dropped in the box at our office upon departure)
-Breaking into or attempt to break into any of the locked storage areas within your rental
NOISE / DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR:
Noisy type party groups are most unwelcome.
We have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for nonsense.
Such groups will be asked to leave immediately forfeiting entire reservation and security deposit.
Quiet time is 11:00 pm to 8:00 am.
Short Stay fee applicable to all stays
less than 4 nights in length.
