Transportation:		We are in business at what is primarily a winter resort which means yes SNOW! We expect that employees accept positions with full knowledge that no matter what the circumstances they are expected to arrive at work regardless of road conditions in whatever means possible preferably in their own vehicle.  Our staff generally take turns driving together from the base to the office and alternatively there is a bus system running daily that can be used if the roads are horrendous but it doesn't always jive with our business schedule.  Please explain how you plan to travel to Mt Washington for work?  Supervisors MUST have own vehicles.
